accommodate wheelchair users in 5 star
luxury, including private waterside hot-tub
and within easy access of the Lake District.
Luxury Lodge 3: National Accessible Scheme Mobility 2 rated
two bedroom, five star spacious self catering log cabin, perfect for a
family holiday with children or with
friends for a short break. This Luxury Lodge is within yards of the lake and
southwest facing and enjoys uninterrupted views from the lounge and from both
bedrooms. The lodge accommodation has a large lakeside deck
with a private hot-tub and is screened off from both sides.
This luxury log cabin is all on one level. Access to the lake is via a ramp
at the back of the lodge providing easy access for the disabled. There are
four stairs from the deck to the lakeside and a ramp can be provided on
request. The dedicated parking space is a couple of steps from the lodge
which is accessed via a gentle ramp.
This luxury log cabin has solid oak floor, spacious open plan lounge and
dining area with quality furnishings. The open plan lounge has a log burner,
Digital TV, DVD and Video player and now WiFi. The kitchen is fully fitted
with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Luxury Accommodation in 'The Lakes'
This popular luxury lodge has two ample sized bedrooms both with fantastic lake views. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets, fitted carpet and an ensuite shower room. The twin room is spacious and has two full sized 3' beds, with a fitted wardrobe, a bedside cabinets and fitted carpet.
The family bathroom is large with has non-slip Altro flooring and has a wheel chair accessible shower. There is a full sized bath with a hand-held shower attachment. There are grab rails in this shower room, and a toilet frame and shower stool can be made available by prior arrangement.
Luxury Lodge 3 has its own boat moored near the decking and a BBQ is available to residents.
There is 12-hour laundry service available to all guests.
The luxury lodges all enjoy a lakeside position with superb lake views.
