Thank you so much to you both for making us feel so welcome at The Tranquil Otter in April, The lodge was gorgeous and you were so acommodating and helpful, ensuring that the stay was exactly what we had hoped for. It was so refreshing to have a nature reserve on our doorstep, and such a serene environment.
