The Government’s announcement re Covid 19 on New Year’s Eve sees Cumbria in tier 4. We wish everyone a happy New Year and a much brighter and healthier 2021, looking forward to a time when we can make memories again.
We are in Tier 4
The Government announced yesterday that we should close and we have done so. The Government also advised that guests who already on holiday to return home as soon as practical. You have a booking in January 2021
We will not be taking any bookings for January 2021 because of Covid 19 and being in Tier 4. If you have a booking with us, please check availability and let us know the preferred date for moving your booking.
You have a booking in February or March 2021
It is unclear at the time of writing when we will leave Covid 19 Tier 4 and open again. If you have a booking for February 2021, and you’d like to speak to someone, please in the first instance send us an email, and we will email or call you back if you let us know which you prefer.
2021 Bookings
It is an uncertain world and one in which it is difficult to plan, for our guests and us. If you’d like to make a booking, you’ll need to pay £75 to secure your dates. We’ll not be asking guests to make balance payments until it is more evident when we can re-open.
Cancellation Policy
We advise all guests to read our Cancellation Policy. During Lockdown we have relaxed our terms and condition and are moving bookings without any of the charges set out in the Policy. If you have any questions, please ask.
