Since we’ve been running Tranquil Otter, we’ve realised something very important; our Guests are very special people. It’s not just about a holiday or a short break; Tranquil Otter guests take a special interest in the surroundings, the wildlife and the glorious setting that offers a magical haven to unwind and recharge. Most of our guests feel a strong sense of belonging and treat our lodges, the lake and the woodlands as their home from home.
We’ve found a way to enriched your Tranquil Otter experience
We felt it was time to enrich the Tranquil Otter experience by offering our regular and loyal guests some additional benefits and hopefully an enhanced sense of ‘belonging’. Our plan is to roll out the Tranquil Otter Lodge Club over the coming months. It will comprise several levels and will offer members different benefits and options to suit their needs and desires.
Entry Membership to the Lodge Club
The first level, which is called the Silver Membership, launches this week. This level is 100% free, and anyone who has visited the Tranquil Otter is automatically enrolled. So each time you visit us, you will automatically be entitled to the following benefits.

Priority booking – to help make sure you get the dates you want.
A 5% discount on any future bookings.
Early check-ins and late check-outs (subject to availability on the day).
We will be issuing your unique Membership Number along with details of how to access the priority booking and Club part of our website.
We believe loyalty should be rewarded
In a world where all benefits seem to be focused on ‘new customers only’, we wanted to find a way to reward our regular loyal customer base. We’re very excited about our new Lodge Club and hope you will be too. The next two membership levels, Gold and Platinum, will be announced early in the New Year. So watch this space for further news.
