Once you have stayed at the Tranquil Otter you are automatically entitled to be a Lodge Club Member.
Lodge Club Members can enjoy the following great benefits each time they come to stay.
• Priority booking – to help you get the dates you want.
• 10% discount on future bookings six months or more ahead, 5% for two months or more.
• Move any booking at least two months ahead at no extra charge.
• Earlier check-in of 3 pm whenever confirmed as possible (i.e. usually, subject to availability).
• Later check out of 11 am whenever confirmed as possible (i.e. usually, subject to availability).
• A welcome gift of a chilled bottle of Prosecco and handmade chocolates.
