How do I use a Gift Voucher Code?
To redeem your gift voucher just book your stay from our “Book Now” page. Select your dates and complete the booking form. You will have the option to add your voucher code on the final booking /payment form which will then take your voucher amount off.
The following terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers and voucher codes:
- The Gift Voucher may be used as full or part payment for any length of stay at the Tranquil Otter.
- The Gift Voucher may be used to make any booking within dates issue with the voucher.
- The Gift Voucher may not be redeemed for cash or to buy another gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers may not be combined with other promotional offers.
- The Gift Voucher must be presented during the booking process.
- The Tranquil Otter’s standard terms of occupancy apply to all bookings Tranquil Otter Terms of Occupancy.
The Company may issue Tranquil Otter Vouchers entirely at its discretion to named individuals to cover part or all of the cost of a booking. Vouchers may be transferred to another person by the person to whom they have been issued only with the consent of the Company, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Vouchers may be redeemed once for their face value against the cost of a single holiday and extras at The Tranquil Otter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Vouchers are not legal tender and are valid for 12 months only from date of issue and, if unused in whole or in part by that date, will not be redeemed, replaced or refunded thereafter, even if lost or stolen.
